Courses Policy

CyberSchool Israel policy 2018

Whereas “Cyber-School Ltd”, P.C 515082329 (hereinafter: “the company”), provides courses and learning activities for the introduction of cyber subjects (hereinafter: the course);

It was agreed between the parties that according to Israeli law, they will act as follows:

  1. Nature of the agreement:

The essence of this agreement is to regulate the student’s terms of study (the customer) in the frontal courses, online courses and holiday and summer activities.

  1. The course:

CyberSchool operates a number of courses and study activities in various formats, including annual, semester, online study, and holiday and summer courses. A CyberSchool instructor who teaches technical cyber content through presentations, software and practical exercises on computer stations conducts the company’s courses. The registration is to a particular course and the customer must register for the appropriate course on the registration form.

  1. Study days and the learning program:

  1. At the registration or introductory lesson, the course will be presented. During the course, CyberSchool may change the learning program from time to time, taking into consideration the progress of all students, adapting to updates and news from the cyber world, and technical and operational limitations in computer rooms that are not under the control of CyberSchool.
  2. CyberSchool undertakes to complete the number of course sessions as detailed in the course’s study program. In case of lesson cancellation by CyberSchool, the students will be informed by a text message and / or at the lesson before. Completeness will take place during the year.
  3. It is the parent’s responsibility to take care that the student is present at the lesson or activity. Absence of a student from a class does not constitute grounds for a refund.
  4. The existence of frontal or online courses requires the enrollment of at least 10 students and / or the sole discretion of CyberSchool

  1. Cancellation and Return Policy

  1. Intellectual property right:

CyberSchool exclusively owns the content being taught in all the company’s activities. The student and his parents have no permission to transfer and / or to publish the content they acquired in the framework of the activity to any third party.

  1. Health condition:

The parents declare that the student’s health is correct, and undertake to inform CyberSchool of any changes that may affect his or her participation during the course.

  1. Online Courses – Virtual Classroom:

The course is taught on an Internet platform that simulates a virtual classroom provided by an external provider. For the course, the students will be taught to use the system in the first lesson.

  1. The use of an online learning system includes technical limitations and failures that are directly related to the third-party learning protocol. The company does not assume responsibility for the technical difficulties and limitations of the learning platform but will do its best to deal with the supplier in order to prevent and fix any malfunctions.
  2. Online courses have minimal technical requirements from the computer and the Internet in which the student participates in the lesson. It is his responsibility to verify their existence prior to registration.
  3. Students are aware that the lessons are recorded and may be maintained by CyberSchool and used for other learning and marketing purposes.

  1. Parental guidance:

It is the parents’ responsibility to ensure that the student does not abuse the tools he learned during the course, also the use of his computer.

  1. Communication with students:

Parents and students will communicate with CyberSchool teachers via e-mail and / or WhatsApp.

  1. Privacy Policy:

Upon registration, the parent agrees to receive promotional content. The Company may send marketing and advertising information and information regarding its services by e-mail, text messages and e-mail – information that it itself publishes and information that the company will receive by third parties.

With the approval of the bylaws, I agree to share photos of my son and / or daughter on the company’s website and on the social networks.

I am aware that the information published on the site will be exposed to all Internet users and that the company and / or anyone acting on its behalf will not bear any responsibility for any result of any third party’s use of the information and that my consent does not entitle us to any monetary or other consideration from the company and / or anyone acting on its behalf .

  1. Ethics:

During the course the student will receive a great deal of knowledge, which may be used for good purposes, but also for malicious purposes. The parents declare that they ensured that the student has read the following statement and he agreed:

  1. The student will use the accumulated knowledge solely for legal and good purposes. The student will avoid interfering with the computers of others without their consent, prevent harm to the normal functioning of the computers of others and use the tools he will learn only for the course.
  2. The student will respect the rights of others and will not harm them through the knowledge he has acquired.
  3. The student will consult with his parents and teachers if he encounters things that he thinks may cause harm to others.
  4. The student will report to the authorities, parents and teachers in any case of exposer to crime that is occurring.
  5. If the student fears that a certain act may hurt others, consult with the right person.

  1. discipline:

The parents and the student agree that any violation of the rules of ethics may result in removal of the student from the course and reporting to the law enforcement authorities and the school. The parents and the student hereby waive confidentiality to these parties in any case in which they violate the disciplinary regulations.

  1. Jurisdiction:

Any dispute arising out of this Agreement will be discussed exclusively in the competent court in the Tel Aviv District. Israeli law shall apply exclusively to any dispute arising out of this Agreement.
